I offer Individual, Couple & Family counselling in Penrith or Carlisle. Face to face counselling following a brief telephone consultation to check that it is safe. I offer Online Counselling and Telephone Counselling on request. The benefits of Online, Counselling are you do not have to travel or park. I also provide Supervision for Counsellors/Groups face to face or Online.
I have been a Counsellor for over 10 years. My experience of work has been voluntary for Cruse Bereavement. Hope Charity, working with survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse and in a School Counselling Children and their Parents with regular Clinical Supervision. I work in a creative way to empower Clients.
